Setting Up Your cardoO Watch

Learn how to use your phone to set up your cardoO Watch.

What You Need

  • An Android or iOS phone
    The cardoO App installed on your phone
  • Bluetooth enabled and an active internet connection

Before You Start

  • Download the cardoO App from the Play Store / App Store
  • Create an account (Sign up) within the app

Turn On & Wear Your Watch

  • Press and hold the side button to power on the watch
  • Wear it on your wrist

The watch supports multiple watch faces and interchangeable straps to match your style.

Pair Your Watch with Your Phone

  • Bring your watch close to your phone and start the setup.

  • Open the cardoO App and tap Add New Device.

  • When cardoO Watch appears, tap Connect to pair.

  • Keep your phone and watch close until the connection is complete.

Set Up as New or Restore from Backup

  • First time? Select Set up as a new watch in the app and follow the steps.

  • Already have a previous cardoO Watch? You can restore your settings from the app.
