CardoO earbuds support all phones, please follow these steps
1/ Click on settings
2/ Click on the unpairing word
3/ Put CardoO earbuds in the charging box.
4/ Charge the box with the original USB until 100%
5/ Take The 2 earbuds out from the charging box at the same time
6/ Pairing again If you have any questions call us on 16852 from 10 am to 6 pm or fill in the Support form on https://cardoo.co/support/ you will get a ticket number, Our team will call you within 3 working hours
