What to do if INote fails to connect?

  • You can try one of the following methods:
  • Reset the device by inserting a pin into the “Reset” hole for 3 seconds.
  • Remove the device from eDraw App-About-My equipment.
  • Turn off your Mobile Bluetooth, then turn it on again.
  • Restart eDraw App and make sure it is the latest version.


What to do if the iNote is not working?

  • Make sure the iNote is turned on and Power button is on.
  • Make sure the pen power is on.
  • Make sure the driver is installed correctly, otherwise re-install the driver.
  • Reconnect the USB cable  or replace the USB interface.
