1. Please wear the CardoO Watch X on your wrist correctly, about one finger's width from the carpal.
2. Adjust the strap to ensure a comfortable fit.
Tip: For heart rate monitoring, wear the device slightly tighter to ensure optimal sensor contact.
You can set up and start using your CardoO Watch X in a matter of minutes.
1. Press and hold the rotary button for 5 seconds to power on.
2. Follow the on-screen prompts to select your preferred language.
1. Open the CardoO App and log in or create an account.
2. Enable Bluetooth and location services on your phone.
3. Tap "Add Device", scan the QR code on your watch,or select "Find Device" from the list.
4. Confirm the pairing request on both devices.
Tips :
1. Please upgrade the app to the latest version to ensure the best experience.
2. For the first connection with iPhone, a "Pair" reminder will pop up. Tap "Pair" to enable incoming calls and instant message notifications.
3. For the first connection with Android, a "Permissions" reminder will appear. Follow the guidance to grant permissions for full functionality.
