CardoO Return and Exchange Policy

  • To benefit from return, exchange, and warranty services, the original invoice must be provided.
  • Returns and exchanges include all items except (books, electronic devices, software, electronic games, and prepaid cards unless a manufacturing defect is found), according to the following conditions:
  1. The item must be in the same condition as when purchased and wrapped in its original packaging.
  2. Returns within 3 days and exchanges within 7 days from the purchase date.
  3. The promotional offer associated with the returned item can be returned if it is in its original condition; otherwise, the value of the offer will be deducted.
  4. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method, except for purchases made with partner vouchers or through the installment service, which can be replaced with CardoO vouchers.
  5. Refunds processed through other service providers are subject to their terms and conditions. The customer must present the payment receipt along with the invoice to obtain a refund if allowed by the provider’s policy.
  6. Return, exchange, and warranty services are limited to the country where the product was purchased.
  7. Maintenance fees are non-refundable.

For Online Purchases

  1. Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment by the customer that the package is intact and unopened.
  2. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.
  3. To request return or exchange services, please contact CardoO Customer Support via the website or call 920000089. A shipping company representative will collect the shipment.
  4. Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and all other international shipping-related fees are non-refundable in case of return or non-receipt of the order, except in cases of a manufacturing defect.
  5. International orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable except in cases of a manufacturing defect. Please contact us at 0966114096522, and a shipping company representative will collect the shipment.
  6. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method, except for purchases made with CardoO vouchers, partner vouchers, or through the installment service, in which case the amount will be credited to the customer’s CardoO account balance.

Immediate Replacement for Devices with Manufacturing Defects

CardoO will replace any device found to have a manufacturing defect (non-software related) with an identical one within 3 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  1. The device must be free from scratches or misuse.
  2. The original box, along with all accessories and manuals, must be provided.
  3. A report from an authorized service center may be required before processing the replacement.
