Return & Exchange Policy

At CardoO, we aim to make the return and exchange process simple and clear. If something is not right with your order, our team is here to help.

General Conditions

- You do not need the original invoice to submit a return or exchange request.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be returned in the same condition it was received, with the original packaging and all included accessories and contents.

Return & Exchange Period

  • If the product is unopened and in its original condition, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • If the product has a manufacturing defect, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • As an additional option, you may request a return or exchange within 48 hours even if the product has been opened or used, provided that it is returned in the same condition and with all included contents. Shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Promotional Offers

If your order included a gift or promotional item:
  • It must be returned in its original condition
  • Otherwise, its value may be deducted from the refund amount

Refunds

- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Once the return is approved, the refunded amount will appear in the customer’s account within 3 to 7 business days.

Online Orders

- Return and exchange requests for online orders are subject to inspection and approval after the product is returned to us.
- Shipping fees applicable to the return process may be deducted from the refunded amount where applicable.
