Why did it connect with one earbud, not the two?

CardoO earbuds support all phones, please follow these steps

1/ Click on the Bluetooth settings 

2/ Click on the unpairing word

3/ Put CardoO earbuds in the charging box. 

4/ Charge the box with the original USB until 100%

5/ Take The 2 earbuds out from the charging box at the same time

6/ Pairing again
