First steps

You can set up the CardoO Buds and use them in minutes.

CardoO App download

Use the CardoO app on your mobile phone to access all the features of the earbuds and adjust settings. How do you do this? Go to Google Play or the App Store or scan the QR Code.

Pair with your mobile phone using the app.

To set up the CardoO Buds, open the earbud charging case, and they will appear on your mobile phone. Press to connect. Open the CardoO app on your mobile phone and press the add button in the top right corner, then follow the on-screen instructions.

Functions and Settings in the App

Enhance your listening experience and customize the sound to your unique style through the CardoO app and make use of the following features.

Settings: Adjust the CardoO Buds the way you like. Choose the gaming mode, rename CardoO Buds, reset to factory settings, and more.

Music Management

Play your music directly from the app. Play, pause, skip tracks, adjust the volume, all in your hands.

Surround Sound

Control your environment using the Surround Sound feature. Switch between noise cancellation, normal mode, and transparency mode.

Equalizer

Choose from various options like Default, Popular, Rock, Folk, Classic, Country, Jazz, or create your own sound profile.

Find It

Never worry about losing your CardoO Buds. The Find It feature helps you quickly locate the lost buds by triggering a sound or flashing lights.

Custom Keys

Personalize the buds your way with Custom Keys. Assign specific functions to each tap and touch.

Care and Maintenance

Before using the product, please read the following suggestions which will help with complying with warran-ty terms and conditions, as well as extending the product life.

Please refrain from exposing the product to overly high temperatures, which may/could/can shorten the lifespan of the electronic components, damage the battery and result in deformation to certain plastic parts.

Please refrain from exposing the product to overly low temperatures, in order to avoid damaging the internal circuit board.

Do not drop, shake vigorously or hit the product with hard objects, in order to avoid damaging the internal circuitry.

Use a soft, dry cleaning cloth when cleaning the product. Do not use strong chemicals and cleaning agents.

Do not use sharp objects to scratch the product surface, in order to avoid damaging the outer shell or affecting the appearance.

Safety Precautions

For your personal safety, please avoid wearing or placing the earphones too near to a pacemaker (less than 10CM).

This product is not a toy.Children shall only use this device under adult supervision.

Using the earphones at a high volume, especially over long periods of time, may result in hearing damage.

A sharp sound may be emitted when switching the high-fidelity audio on and off or plugging in the earphones. Such high-volume settings may affect your hearing. As such, please adjust the volume control to the lowest before switching the audio source or plugging in earphones.

For traffic safety purposes, please refrain from using earphones while driving or cycling.

Take caution or suspend the use of ANC mode in potentially dangerous situations.

Warning

Improper replacement of battery may result in a risk of explosion. Only new batteries of the same or equiva-lent type can replace the existing one.

For products with removable batteries, batteries must be recycled or disposed of appropriately. For products
with non-removable batteries, do not disassemble the battery.

Do not let the battery terminals come into contact with any metal objects. Please cease usage if there is expansion, leakage, discolouration, odour, or any other abnormality observed of the battery.

In the case of battery leakage, take caution and immediately.

Low-power radio-frequency devices shall receive interference from authorised communications or radiation from ISM radio equipment.

Cardoo hereby declares that this product conforms to the basic requirements of the Radio Equipment Directive 2014/53/Eu, other relevant regulations as well as the requirements of all other applicable EU directives.

Europe: Use within a frequency band of between 2402 to 2480.5 MHz:

Bluetooth: Maximum emission power less than 0.11 dBm ERP

Bluetooth Low Energy: Maximum power spectral density less than -0.02 dBm/ Mhz EIRP

Please properly dispose of used batteries in accordance withlocal regulations.

Do not incinerate.

This symbol indicates that this product shall not be disposedas household waste and shall be delivered to an appropriatecollection facility for recycling purposes. Appropriate disposaland recycling contribute to the conservation and protection ofnatural resources, human health, and the environment. For moreinformation regarding the disposal and recycling of this product,contact your local municipality or the store you purchased thisproduct from. The removal of the rechargeable lithium-ionbattery within this product shall only be done by qualifiedprofessionals.
