What to do if INote fails to connect?

You can try one of the following methods:◦Reset the device by inserting a pin into the “Reset” hole for 3 seconds. ◦Remove the device from eDraw App-About-My equipment. ◦Turn off your Mobile Bluetooth, then turn it on again. ◦Restart eDraw App and make sure it is the latest version.

What to do if the iNote is not working?

Make sure the iNote is turned on and Power button is on. Make sure the pen power is on. Make sure the driver is installed correctly, otherwise re-install the driver. Reconnect the USB cable  or replace the USB interface.

What to do if the pen is not working?

Make sure your pen is fully charged. Make sure the pen you are using is compatible with iNote. If not, please follow the pen Calibration method before using. Make sure the driver is installed correctly.

The pen keys are not working?

In order for the pen keys to work, the pen tip should be touching the iNote screen surface and the distance between the pen tip and the iNote surface should be within 10 mm.
