The pen keys are not working?
In order for the pen keys to work, the pen tip should be touching the iNote screen surface and the distance between the pen tip and the iNote surface should be within 10 mm.
The Computer does not go into sleep mood while using the iNote?
Do not place the pen on the surface of iNote when you are not using it as the iNote stays in work mode by a simple touch.
